The Restoration Series - In-Person (3 × 60-Minute Reiki Sessions)

Service Description

True energetic restoration takes time. This three-session in-person Reiki series offers a paced approach to energetic clearing and realignment. The package price includes three individual 60-minute in-person Reiki sessions. Using a specialised energetic clearing protocol alongside Reiki, I assess your individual energetic needs and tailor each session to your capacity for integration. The work explores potential energetic attachments, external influences and stagnant patterns, progressing at a considered pace with the intention of supporting greater energetic balance, grounding and vitality — allowing your process to unfold with ease and grace. Why Choose a Paced Series? A Considered Approach: Each session is guided by your individual energetic assessment, allowing the work to progress at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. Progressive Alignment: Spacing your sessions allows time to rest, reflect on your experience and integrate the insights and practices shared between appointments. Deeper Exploration: The series provides an opportunity to explore different areas of energetic clearing and alignment over time, particularly when you feel drawn to a more gradual approach than a single session offers. How It Works Session 1 — Initial Clearing & Grounding We begin by exploring your current energetic needs, focusing on priority areas and supporting a greater sense of grounding and balance. Sessions 2 & 3 — Deeper Alignment & Focused Support Subsequent sessions build on the initial work, exploring further areas of energetic clearing and alignment. Where appropriate, the focus may also include specific body-system themes, such as the digestive or reproductive systems, within your energetic assessment framework. Flexible Scheduling Your three-session package is designed to be enjoyed at a pace that feels right for you. I recommend spacing your sessions to allow time for reflection and integration, while completing the series within six months to help maintain momentum and support your ongoing journey. After booking your first session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking code to schedule your remaining sessions at your convenience. Pre-Session & Post-Session Support At each appointment, we’ll review your current energetic focus. Following each session, you’ll receive a Sovereign Session Summary outlining the clearings explored, along with practical suggestions to support ongoing grounding, energetic balance and integration.
