My intention is to provide a clear, supportive and heart-centred experience for all clients. These Terms outline how sessions are offered, so we can work together with clarity and mutual respect.

About Reiki

Reiki is a gentle complementary energy practice that supports relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.
It does not diagnose or replace medical or veterinary treatment. You are encouraged to continue working with qualified healthcare professionals as needed.

Bookings & Scheduling

All sessions are by appointment.
Payment is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session through the online booking system.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable as the time has been set aside exclusively for you.

A caring note:
I hold each appointment with intention and preparation. For this reason, late cancellations are treated as a completed session.

Distance Reiki

Distance sessions are offered at the scheduled time, just like in-person sessions.
Please ensure you have a calm, quiet and comfortable space to receive the session.

Pet Sessions

Pet sessions require the owner’s consent and truthful information about the pet’s health, behaviour and environment.
Every animal responds individually to energy work; the intention is to support relaxation and wellbeing.

Health & Safety

Please let me know of any relevant medical or veterinary conditions before your session.
If you or your pet experience discomfort, you may pause or end the session at any time.

Confidentiality

All personal and session-related information is handled with care and confidentiality, in line with the Privacy Policy.

Payment & Refunds

Payments are securely processed at the time of booking.
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.
Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this time will expire.
In the case of illness or unexpected hardship, adjustments may be considered on a compassionate case-by-case basis.
If I need to reschedule or adjust any service, you will be offered the next available appointment. Refunds are only considered if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.

Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued bookings indicate acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
