My journey into energetic wellbeing began with a simple, profound realisation: True healing is only possible when we feel safe enough to be Sovereign.

With a background in Early Childhood Studies and as a Circle of Security® Practitioner, I spent years mastering the art of emotional safety and secure attachment. I saw firsthand how a child’s vitality flourishes when they are seen and protected. Today, I translate those years of deep, relationship-based expertise into the realm of Sovereign Energy Healing.

From Nurturing to Precision

In 2022, a move to the Sunshine Coast sparked a deeper reassessment of my own mission. While I began my journey as a Reiki Master, my work has since evolved. I realised that 'gentle' energy is only half the story—to truly thrive in the modern world, we also need precision.

My practice has moved beyond traditional relaxation into what I call a 'Surgical Strike' approach to energy. I help people, children, and animals identify the interferences, 'social static' and energetic hooks that aren't theirs, allowing their original, high-frequency blueprint to finally 'dock' and stabilise.

The Animal Connection

Living on the Sunshine Coast with my cats, Charlie and Skye, I am constantly reminded of how sensitive our animals are to the frequencies of our homes. My work with pets is not just about comfort; it is about Animal Sovereignty—clearing the environmental overwhelm they carry so they can return to their natural state of ease.

My Approach: The Sovereign Master Protocol

While I honour my traditional Usui Reiki lineage, I practice for the world we live in today. I believe your capacity for healing is already within you, but it is often buried under layers of external 'noise.'

In my sessions, I offer a secure, high-frequency space where we conduct a Sovereign Audit of your Vitality and Frequency. Whether I am working with an anxious child, a depleted pet, or an adult seeking their own 'Central Pillar,' my work is always consent-led, surgically precise, and deeply grounded.
