Progressive Recovery: Spacing sessions allows your Vitality Score to stabilise and rise incrementally between appointments. Integrated Support: Includes a Diagnostic Review at each stage to track your Frequency shifts and adjust the post-session guidance to your current capacity. Flexible Scheduling: Valid for 6 months, allowing you to book sessions as your integration allows. After booking your first session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking code to easily schedule the remaining sessions at your convenience.
