The package price includes three individual 60-minute distance Reiki sessions, allowing us to work progressively with your energetic needs over time. Where appropriate, the focus may also include specific body-system themes, such as the digestive or reproductive systems, within your energetic assessment framework. Flexible Scheduling Your three-session package is designed to be enjoyed at a pace that feels right for you. I recommend spacing your sessions to allow time for rest, reflection and integration, while completing the series within six months to help maintain momentum and support your ongoing journey. After booking your first session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking code to schedule your remaining sessions at your convenience. Pre-Session & Post-Session Support Each session begins with a phone call to check in and discuss your current focus. Following each session, you’ll receive a personalised Sovereign Session Summary outlining the clearings explored, along with practical suggestions to support ongoing grounding, energetic balance and integration. I’ll also suggest a suitable timeframe for your next session, allowing space for rest and reflection between appointments.
