Held in a calm, supportive space, Child Sovereign Alignment sessions combine gentle Reiki with a specialised energetic clearing approach to help children and teenagers relax, reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded. Sessions focus on areas of energetic tension, social influences and environmental overwhelm that may be affecting your child’s sense of balance. Each session is tailored to your child’s individual needs, temperament and stage of development, creating a supportive experience that honours their unique nature. Integration & Parent Support At the end of the session, we’ll briefly review your child’s energetic assessment together in an age-appropriate way. You’ll also receive practical, simple suggestions to support your child’s sense of grounding and wellbeing at home, along with a more in-depth personalised summary of their session. Which Session Is Right for My Child? Choosing between distance and in-person sessions depends on your child’s age, temperament, preferences and individual needs. Distance Sessions Distance sessions can be a particularly comfortable option for children, especially younger children, and teenagers who feel more at ease in familiar surroundings. Children aren’t always comfortable sitting still or being in close proximity to someone they don’t know well, and they may feel more relaxed when they can move freely and be themselves in their own space. With distance Reiki, your child or teenager can remain in the comfort of home while I conduct the session remotely, without the need to travel, lay still or adjust to an unfamiliar environment. This allows them the freedom to relax in whatever way feels natural and comfortable for them. In-Person Sessions In-person sessions take place in the calm sanctuary of my Sunshine Coast home studio. They may suit older children and teenagers who feel comfortable meeting in person and appreciate having a dedicated space to relax, express themselves and participate in their session. The Sovereign Choice Where an in-person session is available, I encourage you to involve your child or teenager in choosing the format that feels most comfortable for them. Giving them a voice in the decision helps honour their preferences, build trust and support their growing sense of autonomy. Every child is unique. My aim is to provide a supportive experience that respects their individual needs and helps them feel safe, comfortable and valued.
