Service Description

Distance Child Sovereign Alignment sessions combine gentle Reiki with a specialised energetic clearing approach to help children and teenagers relax, reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded in their own energy. Distance sessions can be particularly comfortable for younger children and teenagers who feel more at ease in familiar surroundings. Your child can remain at home while I conduct the session remotely, whether they’re playing, resting or sleeping. There’s no need for them to travel, sit still or interact with someone in an unfamiliar environment. The session focuses on areas of energetic tension, social influences and environmental overwhelm that may be affecting your child’s sense of balance. The intention is to help clear accumulated energetic noise and support a greater sense of calm, grounding and connection with their natural self. Integration & Parent Support Following the session, you’ll receive a comprehensive written summary of your child’s energetic assessment and the clearings performed during their session. You’ll also receive an aftercare guide with simple, practical suggestions to support your child’s grounding, energetic balance and wellbeing at home. Which Session Is Right for My Child? Choosing between distance and in-person sessions depends on your child’s age, temperament, preferences and individual needs. Distance Sessions Distance sessions can be a particularly comfortable option for younger children or those who are sensitive to new environments. Your child or teenager can remain in familiar surroundings and move freely, without the need to travel or adjust to an unfamiliar space. This allows them the freedom to relax in whatever way feels natural and comfortable for them. In-Person Sessions In-person sessions take place in the calm sanctuary of my Sunshine Coast home studio. They may suit older children and teenagers who feel comfortable meeting in person and appreciate having a dedicated space to relax, express themselves and participate in their session. The Sovereign Choice Where an in-person session is available, I encourage you to involve your child or teenager in choosing the format that feels most comfortable for them. Giving them a voice in the decision helps honour their preferences, build trust and support their growing sense of autonomy. Every child is unique.
